30例原發性高血壓患者，均來自本院內科門診。男19例，女11例；年齡61.2±10.7歲；病程5.17±2.26年。根據1999年WHO/ISH高血壓診斷標準，經2次以上門診，血壓水平為Ⅰ～Ⅱ級，有3個以下危險因素，或僅伴有靶器官輕度受損者，可納入本研究。排除冠心病、心絞痛、急性心肌梗死、心功能不全、急性腦卒中、糖尿病、腎功能不全伴高血壓者。

2 治療方法

取穴：白環俞。

操作：針刺手法為平補平瀉，得氣后快速捻轉1分鐘，留針20分鐘，每日早8點～10點，晚4點～6點各治療1次，連續1周。

針刺進行中1周內患者可以保持日常活動規律，停止劇烈活動。

3 療效觀察

3.1 療效標準

降壓療效根據衛生部頒發的《藥物臨床研究指導原則》療效標準。顯效：舒張壓下降10mmHg以上，并降至正常，或下降20mmHg以上；有效：舒張壓下降10～19mmHg或下降雖未達10mmHg，但已降至正常；無效：血壓下降未到有效標準。

3.2 動態血壓監測

對患者分別于治療前24小時，治療當天及治療后7天進行3次動態血壓監測。使用美國產MO-BIL-O-GRAPH24小時動態血壓監測儀，間隔30分鐘自動測量1次血壓及心率。設定早6點～晚22點為白晝時間，晚22點到次日早6點為夜間。以白晝血壓大于收縮壓(SBP)140mmHg，舒張壓(DBP)90mmHg的次數占白晝全部測定次數的百分比為白晝血壓負荷(%)，夜間血壓大于SBP125mmHg、DBP80mmHg的次數占夜間全部測定次數的百分比為夜間血壓負荷(%)。以1天治療前血壓下降值(谷)，除以治療后血壓最大下降值(峰)即為谷/峰(T/P)。各組數據間比較用兩樣本均數顯著性檢驗。

3.3 結果

(1)治療1周后，30例患者中，顯效9例，占30.0%；有效12例，占40.0%；無效9例，占30.0%。總有效率70.0%。

(2)針刺白環俞后當天及第7天患者24小時平均血壓、白晝(d)血壓和夜間(n)血壓，白晝血壓負荷和夜間血壓負荷都有明顯下降(P50%，詳見表1。

(3)30例高血壓患者中，有血壓晝夜節律變化的(杓型高血壓)21例，晝夜節律減弱或消失的(非杓型高血壓)9例。針刺白環俞可以使非杓型高血壓患者夜間血壓(mmHg)SBP從140.2±7.5降至118.4±10.7，DBP從75.6±5.9降至71.7±7.1，P

當前，英語翻譯備受重視，英語四六級考試、考研試題中都增加了漢譯英和英譯漢的環節，開始重視各個階段學生翻譯能力的培養。但這些題目的分值較低，無法調動學生的積極性，引起學生的高度重視。當前高校英語教材中沒有講解專門的翻譯技巧和方法，教師在英語教學中不重視對學生翻譯能力的培養，學生缺乏系統的訓練，平時考試只是臨時抱佛腳，導致學生在翻譯中失分較多，學生翻譯能力低下。這就要求教師在教學過程中必須結合基本的理論知識和翻譯技巧，對學生進行翻譯能力的專業培養，加強學生在課堂中的翻譯訓練，不斷提高學生的翻譯能力和素質。

三、詞類轉換技巧的應用

在翻譯過程中，一般分為兩大類，一類是漢語翻譯為英語，另一類是英語翻譯成漢語，但無論是漢譯英還是英譯漢，都必須重視不同詞性在不同語境下的轉化，必須考慮漢語和英語的表達習慣和句子結構的完整性。

1.漢譯英的詞類轉換

英語和漢語由于語言產生的文化背景不同，在語法結構和詞匯用法上有很多差別，因此在英語翻譯中很多謂語動詞有很多時態和語態的變化，還有很多名詞活用為動詞的情況。而且在漢語中，一般會使用動詞來描述動作，但英語中只能有一個謂語動詞，所以就會出現名詞動用的情況，這時就會出現相互之間的詞性的轉化。所以在翻譯過程中，不僅要了解詞匯的含義，還必須考慮英語的表達習慣，有時為了翻譯的順暢和語境的需要，必須在翻譯的過程中轉換詞性。

（1）動詞轉化為名詞

漢語中一個長句子中可能會出現多個動詞，但英語中無論長句和短句都只允許出現一個謂語動詞，所以漢譯英時常常需要把漢語里的動詞轉化成英語里的名詞，使翻譯更加流暢、通順。例如：His drawing of children is exceptionally good.必須把畫畫draw轉換為動名詞形式。

（2）動詞轉化為介詞短語

在漢語中介詞的運用只起到修飾作用，使用頻率低。而在英語中，介詞使用的概率比較大，很多介詞是由動詞詞性演變而來，他們既可以單獨使用，也可以與動詞搭配成介詞短語。所以在漢譯英時，必須注意把動詞翻譯成介詞。

（3）漢語動詞轉化為英語形容詞

漢語表達中習慣用動詞來表達情感和狀態，但在漢譯英中，必須把這些動詞轉換為形容詞，通常采用“be+形容詞”的方式來表達。例如：It is the first time for me to be away from home，so I am homesick very much.（這是我第一次離開家，所以現在我非常想家）。

2.英譯漢的詞類轉換

（1）英語的動詞轉換為漢語的名詞

英語中有很多動詞是由名詞派生而來的，在翻譯成漢語時無法找到相對應的動詞，這時可以借助詞類轉換把它變為名詞。例如：As the wedding progressed，it would symbolize their love。隨著婚禮的進行，它成了他們愛情的象征。該句當中原本象征是一個動詞，必須把它還原為名詞。

（2）英語的名詞、形容詞轉換為漢語的動詞

英語中通常用形容詞來表示態度和情感的變化，這些詞如果在句子中作表語，必須要轉換為動詞。

（3）英語中的名詞與形容詞的轉換
