The Journal of Korean Studies (ISSN 1520-7412, eISSN 2733-5348) is a peer-reviewed international journal on Korean studies published in English by the Korean Academy of Sciences at Daegu Gyeongmyung University in South Korea. This magazine was founded in 1998 with the aim of promoting new research on Korea in all disciplines of arts and humanities. The articles of this journal are published in English and cover various fields of Korean studies, including but not limited to history, culture, language, literature, philosophy, and social sciences. All submitted papers will undergo rigorous review by an international editorial committee composed of leading scholars in their respective fields. Overall, Acta Koreana is an important academic platform in the field of Korean studies, providing scholars with an opportunity to showcase and exchange research results.
