The Journal of Belgian History Revue Belgium d'Histoire Contemporaine/Belgian Tijdschrift Voor Nieuwste Geschiedenis is an academic journal in the field of Belgian history. The journal is trilingual, including Dutch, French, and German, and covers modern and contemporary historical research in Belgium. It provides a multidisciplinary forum for scholars to discuss Belgian history and its relationship with European and world history. The journal encourages the use of comparative and transnational perspectives, as well as new methods and methodologies, to study Belgian history. The second issue published four independent articles covering topics ranging from Belgium's tourism policy, post-war punishment of collaborators, the history of administrative purges, to Flemish radicalism during World War I.
